SolutionI mean that really does not need a solution, since people back then did not store food in their caves?...... houses?...... well just where they stayed they had to always go out and find food, which means walking or running, which means exercise. So this problem solved itself. But I would recommend storing, food so that could mean more family communication?......grunts?....... talking to each other.
